Enhanced Multi-Tenant Management
Multi-tenant management now supports model-specific access policies, role-based access control, and tenant-level management of repositories, storage, quotas, and entities. These capabilities provides greater administrative flexibility and resource isolation across Self-Managed, Hybrid, and MSP environments.
Resume Backups – Extended workload support
Interrupted backups can now resume from where it left off instead of restarting from the beginning. This capability has been extended to KVM and Proxmox backups, as well as Backup Copy jobs for Disk Image, VMware, and Hyper-V workloads.
BDRShield v9.5.0 – Enhancements
- BDRShield server’s main menu has moved to a left-hand navigation bar providing a cleaner interface and improved navigation
- Repository paths are now automatically updated when drive letters change on Windows or disks are remounted to different directories on Linux and macOS, provided a unique matching repository is found
- Custom Encryption Password protection has been enhanced with expanded character support and an increased maximum password length
- Full VM Recovery performance has been optimized to reduce processing bottlenecks
- Microsoft 365 SharePoint backup reporting has been improved to provide clearer status information for sites skipped due to resource locks
