The Vembu team recently took part in the CIO Accelerator X Awards, an event organized by Enterprise IT World. We joined as exhibitors in two cities in South India: Kochi and Coimbatore. The event brought together CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders from the region to talk about the latest trends and challenges in enterprise IT.
Our Team at the Event
Sakthi and Pranav represented Vembu at the Kochi event. Pranav also attended the Coimbatore event, along with our partner INDSYS.
At both events, our team showed off our products, BDRShield and XDRShield, to a large crowd. People came not just from Kochi and Coimbatore, but from other nearby areas too. Most of the visitors were IT admins, CIOs, and CTOs, which is exactly the kind of audience we hope to meet at these events.
Great Response at Our Stall
Both events went really well for us. Many people visited our stall to learn more about BDRShield and XDRShield. A good number of them showed real interest in trying our products soon.
We also had some great conversations at the stall. Most of the discussions were about backup and disaster recovery. Visitors shared their own experiences and problems, and we explained how BDRShield can help solve them. It felt like a real two way conversation. We learned from them, and they learned from us.
Coimbatore: Talk About the DPDP Act
In Coimbatore, Our team and many attendees had a discussion about the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. This new law brings fresh rules about how businesses must store, protect, and recover their data. Because of this, many companies are now realizing that their current way of handling data protection is not good enough.
This is where BDRShield can help. As data protection rules become stricter, having a strong backup and disaster recovery plan is more important than ever. The talks in Coimbatore showed us how much this topic matters to IT leaders right now.
Looking Forward
Overall, it was a successful event for the Vembu team. We had great conversations, met many interested people, and got good feedback on our products. We’re already looking forward to attending the CIO Accelerator Awards again next year.
