This helps the sales representative doing things in easiest way possible to get the details of the leads/customers as a bulk data into CRM without much of manual intervention which nowdays most of the businesses are actually looking for. It also provides an option of reverting the import process which can be done at any required time in a much hassle free manner.
Here is an example of importing Leads in Vembu SalesDesk CRM.
Following are the Steps to imports Leads :
- Click on Import lead options in Lead listing Page
- Choose the and Upload the CSV file from the explorer and enter a Title for the import process
- Map the required fields to the existing columns in CSV file using the column headers.
- Click Import to Confirm the field mapping.
- Once the import process is done,the results are displayed with no.of records imported successful,failed.
