Backup Scheduling Overview
Manually
Run incremental backups on demand. Navigate to Backup Jobs and execute backups whenever needed without automatic scheduling.
One Time
Schedule a single incremental backup at your specified time. Perfect for one-off backup requirements before major changes.
Every Few Hours/Minutes
Minimum 15-minute intervals for high-frequency protection. Select specific days or run daily across all seven days of the week.
Daily
Run incremental backups up to 5 times per day. Specify exact times for each backup to align with your business cycles and change windows.
Weekly
Schedule one incremental backup per day on your chosen days. Select the specific day and time that works best for your environment.
Monthly
Configure monthly incremental backups by selecting the month, day, and time. Ideal for less frequent backup requirements.
After Backup
Chain backup jobs together. Start this backup immediately after another backup job completes successfully for sequential processing.
Types of Full Backup
Select one or more days for synthetic merge operations. Specify the day and start time to consolidate backups without impacting production.
Schedule monthly synthetic merges by selecting months, specific days, and start times. Run consolidation operations during low-activity periods.
Note: Synthetic merge is disabled for Manually and One Time incremental schedules. Save your backup job without enabling synthetic merge if not required.
Run additional full backups every day at your specified time. Ideal for mission-critical systems requiring daily full backup checkpoints.
Schedule additional full backups on one or more days per week. Select specific days and start times for full backup processing.
Configure monthly full backups by selecting months, days, and times. Run quarterly or annual full backups to meet long-term retention policies.
Note: Additional full backup is disabled for Manually and One Time incremental schedules.
